UBS Charitable Foundation came to life in the loving memory of the devoted humanitarian Shri Utkarsh B Shah, fondly called UBS. A man on a mission to serve the society, he poured his heart working silently, selflessly and tirelessly in areas of education, socio-religious activities and welfare of senior citizens.
This Foundation stands as a beacon of his kindness and generosity and shall continue to spread the light with sincere work and efforts in uplifting the society.

Bhikoobhai Nagindas Vidyalay
Bhikhoobhai Nagindas Vidyalaya, a cornerstone of quality education in Vadodara Village, proudly managed by the Vadodara Education Trust. Since our founding in March 1997, we have been dedicated to fostering academic excellence and personal growth among our students.
Bhikhoobhai Nagindas Vidyalaya was established with the vision of providing a strong educational foundation to the youth of Vadodara Village.

CK Bal Mandir, NK Prathmik Shala
CK Bal Mandir and NK Prathmik Shala are esteemed institutions under the Vasan Sheri Trust in Saraspur.
CK Bal Mandir and NK Prathmik Shala began their journey way before, but in 1997, Mr. Utkarsh Bhikhoobhai Shah started taking care of both institutions with a cohort of 600+ students. From these modest beginnings, we have grown into a vibrant educational institution that serves 1200 students today, offering education up to the 8th standard for both boys and girls.

पंख – a daycare centre
पंख Day Care Centre, nurtured by the UBS Charitable Foundation, stands as a beacon of hope and care for those who take care of us and our homes. It is a centre for our helpers’ children, so that while they make our lives easier, their children are also taken care. Dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment, पंख ensures that every child receives the care and attention while their parents are away at work.

An initiative by UBS Charitable Foundation, this project ensures that deserving students do not have to abandon their dreams of becoming successful professionals. The idea is to fuel the aspirations of tomorrow’s leaders by extending financial support to deserving students in Grades 11th, 12th and College education.
