About UBS Charitable Foundation

UBS Charitable Foundation is our tribute to Shri Utkarsh B Shah, a remarkable leader, a visionary whose selfless work transformed many lives. The indelible mark that he left on our communities with decades of social work, deserved a platform that shall continue to serve the society and keep his legacy of compassion alive. Fondly named after him, UBS Charitable Foundation got formally structured in the year 2024.

About Utkarsh Bhikhoobhai Shah

As the Founder Chairman of Adi – UB Heritage, Shri Utkarsh B Shah built a close-knit, family-led business group, known for its ethics, values and empathetic leadership. He served on various Government Boards, Advisory Councils and Charitable Trusts and was awarded numerous honours and accolades during his lifetime. He worked tirelessly for education, health, socio-religious activities and welfare of senior citizens.

Radhika U Shah actively works as the Managing Trustee of Bhikhoobhai Nagindas Vidyalaya managed by Vadodra Education Trust. As a Trustee at Shantiniketan Senior Living, CK Bal Mandir and NK Prathmik Shala, she is deeply engaged in her vision for the betterment of the society. She is the Founder and Owner of The River Farm, an organic community farming concept.

Director

Aadarsh Shah, Managing Director at UB Heritage, leads and guides a highly motivated team at this premiere real estate developer with a rich three-decade legacy. His leadership honors the company’s past while actively shaping its future through innovative construction projects

Jaina Lalbhai

Director

Jaina Lalbhai is a fashion entrepreneur and curator based out of Ahmedabad. She forayed into the world of fashion with Style Audit by Jaina Lalbhai through which she is revolutionising the fashion landscape of Gujarat, one show at a time.
