Donations
As a non-profit organisation, donations made to UBS Charitable Foundation are treated as charitable contributions and are non-refundable. If a donation was made in error — a duplicate transaction, or an incorrect amount — write to us within seven days at contact@ubsfoundation.org.in and we will review the request. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method and any 80G receipt issued against that donation will be withdrawn.
Definitions
Words with capitalised initial letters have the meanings set out below. These definitions remain the same whether they appear in the singular or the plural.
- Company — the terms “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to UBS Charitable Foundation, at 3, Sigma Corporates, Behind HOF Living, Sindhu Bhavan Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad 380054.
- Service — refers to the Website.
- Website — refers to UBS Charitable Foundation, accessible from ubsfoundation.org.in.
- You — the individual using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is using the Service.
