We believe that when a woman is empowered, her family and the community around her grow stronger.

Many of the women working at पंख Day Care Centres are from the local community. While they play an important role in shaping young lives, we are equally committed to supporting their own growth and well-being.

Through Teacher Capacity Building Workshops, we provide regular training that helps our teachers strengthen their skills, deepen their understanding of child development and early childhood education while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

The health awareness seminar in progress

Good health is equally important. Through Breast Cancer Awareness and Menstrual Hygiene Awareness programmes, along with the distribution of sanitary napkins, we encourage women and adolescent girls to make informed choices about their health and well-being. These initiatives help break taboos, promote dignity and create greater awareness in the community.

Together, these efforts create opportunities for women to learn, lead, earn and inspire, helping them build brighter futures for themselves, their families and the communities they call home.
